Rennaï reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of the Terms of Use, including the terms and conditions applicable to the creation and maintenance of a Rennaï account. In the event of any changes, Rennaï will provide at least thirty days notice by posting the updated Terms of Use on its Website and by sending an email notification to the email address associated with your Rennaï account. 
By continuing to use the Website after the revised Terms of Use take effect, you agree to abide by the updated terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.
2. RENNAÏ ACCOUNT
In order to use all or part of the Website or the services provided therein, you may be required to create a Rennaï account. You are solely responsible for managing your Rennaï account and password and for keeping your password confidential. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the on-screen instructions. You are also solely responsible for restricting access to your Rennaï account.
You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur on your Rennaï account or through the use of your password by yourself or by other persons. This includes payments or purchases made by way of your Rennaï Account. If you believe that a third party obtained or guessed your password, use the password regeneration feature of the Website as soon as possible to obtain a new password.

- Not to provide us the payment information or payment credentials belonging to a third party.

- Not to retrieve data or other content from the Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection, compilation, database, directory or otherwise, whether by manual methods, through the use of bots, crawlers or spiders, or otherwise. 
- Not to sell or resell products obtained or purchased through the Website or that you otherwise receive from Rennaï. 
Rennaï reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above, including possible infringement or violation of any intellectual property rights and possible security breaches, to the fullest extent of the law, and to terminate your Rennaï Account or terminate your use of or block your access to the Website in the case of any of the above-mentioned breaches. Rennaï may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate the present Terms of Use. You acknowledge that, although Rennaï has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Website, it has the right to do so for the purpose of providing the Services through the Website, to ensure your compliance with the present Terms of Use, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body.
 
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated by us, all Website content is owned by Rennaï, or by others who have licensed their content to us, and is protected by intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including trademark rights and copyright. 
Specifically, all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and the Services, including the Rennaï name and logos, trademarks and trade names, product or service names, slogans, designs, the look and feel of the Website, social media handles, domain names, text, images, pictures, data files and compilations, software, programs, algorithms, databases, and any other files relating to the Website, belong to Rennaï or our licensors, as applicable.
When accessing the Website or using our Services, you agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works, modify of or otherwise commercialize or use for any illicit purposes any of the Website content and materials, without the prior written permission of Rennaï. Your use of any such Website content or materials, except as expressly authorized by the appropriate rightsholder, shall constitute an infringement or violation of the intellectual property rights of Rennaï or a third party and could subject the infringer to legal action.
5. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Rennaï continually updates its product and service offerings in store and on this Website. Rennaï reserves the right to revise and/or discontinue product and service offerings at any time. Prices which may be displayed or advertised on the Website or through any other electronic communications from Rennaï do not include shipping fees and applicable sales tax, and are subject to change without notice at Rennaï’s sole discretion. The display of products and/or services on the Website does not constitute an offer to contract by Rennaï. 
Online purchases of products available to be purchased on the Website are subject to Rennaï’s Terms of Purchase. Not all merchandise depicted on the Website is available for online purchase, and Rennaï reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain products which you can purchase through the Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes and disagreements arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be exclusively submitted for, resolved and finally settled by, binding arbitration, and the Parties waive any objection that might be made on the ground that such venue may be in an inconvenient forum. 13. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Waiver. Rennaï will not be considered to have waived any of its rights or remedies described in these Terms of Use or the Purchase Terms unless the waiver is in writing and signed by Rennaï. No delay or omission by Rennaï in exercising its rights or remedies will impair or be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce such rights at any time.
Entire Agreement. Not applicable to Québec consumers: The Terms of Use constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Rennaï and you regarding the Services, and the Terms of Use supersede and replace any prior agreements between Rennaï and you regarding the Services. 
Severability. If any one of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Assignment. Rennaï shall be allowed to assign the Agreement to any third party without requiring your consent, but you may not assign this Agreement without the prior express written consent of Rennaï, which may be withheld in our sole discretion.

This agreement (the “Agreement” or the ”Terms of Purchase”) is a contract between you (“you”) and Beauty Hall GP inc. doing business as Rennaï (“Rennaï”, “us”, “we” or “our”) that governs the terms of any order or purchase you make, and any conditions related thereto, of any products (the “Products”) that are available for purchase or beauty care services that are available for scheduling (the “Bookings”) on the website “www.rennai.com”, any subdomain and any other platform (including any mobile applications and mobile sites) (the “Website”), and where applicable, at a Rennaï retail location (“In-Store”) (collectively, the Products, the Bookings, the Website and In-Store are the “Services”).
The Rennaï Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference.
BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, USING THE SERVICES OR SELECTING “I AGREE” UPON CREATING YOUR RENNAÏ ACCOUNT (AS DEFINED BELOW), YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THE AGREEMENT. In order to purchase a Product or schedule a Booking on this Website or In-Store you must be a registered account holder or checkout as a guest. Rennaï reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of the Terms of Purchase, including the accepted payment methods, delivery policy, delivery costs and method, delivery times, return and exchange policy, refund policy and gift card terms and conditions. In the event of any changes, Rennaï will provide at least thirty days notice by posting the updated Terms of Purchase on its Website and sending an email notification to the email address associated with your Rennaï account. By continuing to use the Website after the revised Terms of Purchase take effect, you agree to abide by the updated terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms of Purchase, please do not use the Website.
2. Acceptance of Online Orders and Bookings
Product orders made via the Website are available to be shipped within Canada only. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only as soon as you press the “Confirm and process payment” button and upon confirmation that your payment has been accepted, and will be subject to the Terms of Purchase.
When making a Booking online, your Booking will be reserved with the designated beauty care provider at the requested date, time and location, depending on availability. Payment for the Booking will be completed In-Store at the moment of the Booking.
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices, all charges and other amounts are in Canadian Dollars.
3. Online Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Rennaï is an authorized online distributor for all products sold on the Website. Some products may be unavailable or have a limitation on the quantity you may purchase. When you have achieved the maximum quantity allowable, the Website will indicate that you have achieved that maximum quantity. Not all merchandise depicted on the Website is available for online purchase. Rennaï reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain products which you can purchase through the Website. For a broader selection of Rennaï merchandise, please visit a Rennaï store.
While Rennaï takes great care to ensure its product availability and pricing is accurate, errors and/or inaccuracies may occur. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and update information on this Website at any time without notice, notably with respect to prices or availability of Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for greater certainty, changes to this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of Section 1 above.
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. However, we replenish our inventory regularly. If you come across “coming soon” or “temporarily out of stock”, please revisit this page at a later time for updates.
Products in your online shopping cart are not reserved. Rennaï may cancel orders and refund customers' payment because of unavailability of inventory or for any other reason as permitted by law. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock once you have placed your order, that item will be canceled from your order and you will receive a notification via email indicating when that item will be back in stock. Otherwise, all in-stock products remaining in your order will be shipped to you. If you placed your order as a Rennaï Member and the initial order met the $50 minimum threshold for free shipping, but your order was partially canceled by Rennaï due to one or more products being temporarily out-of-stock, the in-stock products in your initial order will still ship for free.
4. Online and In-Store Payment & Billing
(a) Methods of payments
We currently accept the following methods of payment on the Website and In-Store: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Alipay, and Visa Debit for orders placed via the Website and In-Store. Other methods of payment may be accepted In-Store. Your method of payment cannot be changed after your order has been placed. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information, including your name, address, and phone number, is correct and matches what appears in your financial records.
(b) Billing and Payment Processing
Shipping and taxes will be displayed at checkout prior to your finalizing your online order. All prices listed on the Website are in Canadian currency and all charges will be processed in Canadian currency.
All online orders are subject to a security verification. Rennaï reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the case of suspected fraud or illegal activity. Your billing name, address, and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card statement, failing which, your order may not be processed or may be delayed or cancelled.
As part of Rennaï’s security verification, a pre-authorization to your credit card will be applied in the amount of your online order plus applicable sales taxes. Pre-authorization charges that are placed on your credit card and result in a failed or canceled order will disappear from your credit card account within a certain number of days as determined by your financial institution. Charges for purchases will be applied to your credit card once your order has shipped.
Title to the products in your order is transferred from Rennaï to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Rennaï to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available below.
(c) Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped for online orders, or where the products are purchased for In-Store purchases.
5. Cancelling & Modifying Orders and Appointments
After an online order has been placed, we are unable to add additional products, remove products or replace products to or from your order, or change the address the order is being shipped to. For that reason, we encourage you to verify the contents and total amount of your basket and billing and shipping information before you place your order.
If you have ordered a product via the Website by mistake, please contact our Customer Support team by email at support@rennai.com or by phone at 1-833-4-RENNAÏ (473-6624). We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, since we start to process orders immediately, we may be unable to make any changes.
You may cancel a Booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You may do so by emailing support@rennai.com or by phone at 1-833-4-RENNAÏ (473-6624). You may also cancel a Booking by clicking on the cancellation link that you receive in the Booking confirmation email. Repeat cancellations may be subject to a repeat cancellation fee at Rennaï’s discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
At Rennaï, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, from the moment you browse our Products to the arrival of your order. Our shipping policy is designed to offer you flexibility, reliability, and exceptional service.
Rennaï ships to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we do not offer US or international shipping.

Rennaï ships to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we do not offer US or international shipping.

- Online Order Confirmation: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. 
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 1 p.m. local time (EST) will be processed the following business day. 
- Business days: Rennaï processes and ships orders on business days, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Québec. 
(d) Tracking Your Online Order
You may track your online order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You may consult your tracking information via our tracking page by entering your tracking number, which will redirect you to our delivery service provider’s website where you will be able to access real-time updates on your shipment.
(e) Restricted Hazardous Products
Certain products that are considered hazardous materials, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.), are restricted and are required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
(f) Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Remote Locations

7. Return Policy & Refunds
We hope your purchase supports your beauty and self-care goals — but if it isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process easy and thoughtful.
General Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or exchange unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange - with proof of Purchase - . 
- We understand you may want to try certain products to see which products suit your beauty needs best. Gently used (less than 15% of product used) products can be returned or exchanged, for a full refund or exchange, within 14 days with proof of purchase, pending approval by Rennaï store management. 
- Items past 30 days are not returnable. 
Receipts & Membership
- Rennaï Members: Your purchase history is saved, so returns are easier. Simply access your proof of purchase from your profile or bring your receipt in when processing a return. 
- Non-members: Proof of purchase is required for a return for non-members. 
- Gifts: All gift returns must have a gift receipt for return, and will be refunded to a gift card, without a receipt item(s) can be exchanged at the current retail price value. 
Final Sale & Exceptions
- Products with a $0.98 ending, gifts with purchase, and personalized product are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
- Products from our intimate care category, including personal massagers and vibrators, are always final sale. 
In-Store services, workshops, and event tickets are non-refundable.

- Returned goods, which have been unused or unopened, must be received back to Rennaï within 30 days of original purchase date

You may acquire Rennaï Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) to be used for the purposes of purchasing any of the Products or paying for a Booking In-Store at any Rennaï retail location in Canada.
Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards but constitute prepayment on the cost of purchases In-Store. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with coupons or promotional offers and cannot be used to buy other gift cards or similar stored value products.
You may use more than one Gift Card per purchase or booking, and if a purchase or booking exceeds your total Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

The Rennaï “Rennaï Ultimate Self-care Experience” Contest (the “Contest”) begins on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Wednesday, July 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

1. Eligibility
(a) The Contest is open only to residents of Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1. Membership & Eligibility
The Rennaï Membership Program (“Membership”) is a free membership program offered by Rennaï (“Rennaï”, “us”, “we” or “our”) to our customers located in Canada (“Members” or “you”). The Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be of legal age and a legal resident of Canada to be eligible for Membership.
By applying for Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Membership Terms”). No purchase is necessary to become a Member. IF, AT ANY TIME, YOU DO NOT OR CANNOT AGREE TO THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS, STOP USING YOUR ACCOUNT AND CLOSE IT IMMEDIATELY.
The Rennaï Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference.
The Parties have expressly requested that this agreement be drawn up in English and that all modifications thereof can be made in this language. 2. Changes to the Membership Terms
Rennaï reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of the Membership Terms, including the Membership Benefits, the Membership rules, and eligibility. In the event of any changes, Rennaï will provide at least thirty days notice by sending an email notification to the Members via the email address associated with their Rennaï account. By continuing to be a Member after the revised Membership Terms take effect, you agree to abide by the updated Membership Terms. If you do not accept the modified Membership Terms, please end your Membership.

4. Enrollment Process
Customers can enroll in the Membership program either online on the website “www.rennai.com” or in-store at any Rennaï retail location in Canada.
To become a Member, customers must create a Member profile (the “Profile”) by completing the sign-up process. You must provide us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Customers must also choose a password and user name.
Members are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information. Furthermore, members are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account. Members agree to notify Rennaï immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Rennaï will not be liable for any loss that members may incur as a result of someone else using their password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, members could be held liable for losses incurred by Rennaï or another party due to someone else using their account or password with their knowledge or if you fail to inform Rennaï of any suspected or actual unauthorized use. Members may not use anyone else's account at any time without that individual’s consent.

Members will have access to their personalized Profile where they can:

6. Privacy and Communication Preferences
When you sign up as a Member, you agree to receive communications from Rennaï regarding your Member account, Profile information and information in relation to your purchases. You will also have the option to consent to receive promotional emails. Communication preferences can be modified online at any time through the member’s Profile.
7. Termination of Membership
Rennaï reserves the right to terminate Membership if Members do not comply with these Membership Terms. In such cases, all benefits associated with the Membership will be forfeited.

No delay or omission by Rennaï in exercising its rights or remedies will impair or be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce such rights at any time.
Conflict. In the event of any conflict between the Membership Terms and the Terms of Use, the Membership Terms will prevail.
Entire Agreement. Not applicable to Québec consumers: The Membership Terms, Terms of Use and Terms of Purchase (the “Rennaï Terms”) constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Rennaï and you regarding the Services, and the Rennaï Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between Rennaï and you regarding the Services or your Membership.
Severability. If any one of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Assignment. Rennaï shall be allowed to assign the Membership Terms to any third party without requiring your consent, but you may not assign these Membership Terms without the prior express written consent of Rennaï, which may be withheld in our sole discretion.
